- 1 / 5By Cassy SmithI waited over 2 hrs for 2 pastas after 2 phone calls later and the restaurant saying my order has been delivered and I still haven't got my food! They delivered it to the wrong address how incompetent then not even apologising and having me on hold for 10 mins while I could hear them discussing what to do and laughing saying it was delivered how can you not check the house number or a receipt! This has to be the worst customer service and lack of responsibility on their behalf to not even acknowledge their mistake! Instead of sorting it out with me I had to have phone calls with menu log to get a refund and that was like pulling teeth! Please do not order delivery just completely shocked!!! Will not be ordering again!!!!November 25, 2016
